MESC-RAK the inventor and sole producer of MESC Group not only in the UAE but throughout the region will be manufacturing power distribution cables and power supply cables. It is located in Al Ghayl Industrial Park of Rakia – UAE and spread over an area of 76, 900 sq.mtr. that is divided into two sites: 52,376 sq.mtr.+ 24,524 sq.mtr.

he first site; 52,400 sq.mtr. is divided as 12,000 sq.mtr production facility, 4,800 sq.mtr. warehouse, 1,850 sq.mtr. offices and workshops facilities. While the second site 24, 500 sq.mtr. is for accommodation facilities and open storage area.

MESC-RAK General Manager Said Al Karram has revealed that December 2009 will witness the end of commissioning and trial production for the plant and this new factory will be dedicated to supply United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Countries with high-end quality and services that will contribute in the development of the region.

On March 2009 a contract was signed with Hadeed Emirates Cont. for the overall constructional civil work of the project while the steel work was awarded to Mabani Steel. As of this date 100% of scheduled steel works has been achieved, 92% of scheduled constructional works accomplished and more than 70% of the machines have been delivered to site.
